Does My Child Have Vaccines This Visit?
We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics Vaccine Schedule. Below are the visits you can expect vaccinations if your child remains up-to-date.
First Year (Newborn - 12 months)
Newborn: Maybe (if Hep B and/or RSV not given at birth hospital)
2 weeks: No (but will get second newborn screen)
4 weeks: Yes (Hep B #2)
2 months: Yes (Pentacel, PCV, RotaTeq)
4 months: Yes (Pentacel, PCV, RotaTeq)
6 months: Yes (Pentacel, PCV, RotaTeq, Hep B #3)*
9 months: Maybe (only if catch-ups needed)
12 months: Yes (Hep A, Varivax, MMR)

* First flu vaccine given at 6 months and up during flu season with a second flu vaccine one month after the first vaccine. Two vaccines are given for first year only. Afterwards, only one flu vaccine is needed annually and recommended around September/October.
