Please note that Dr. Kim is strongly pro-vaccinations. If you do not plan to vaccinate or want to delay vaccinations, she may not be the pediatrician that would best fit your parenting needs.

How to Schedule Your First Visit

Once you are discharged from the hospital, give us a call at 903-342-3710 to schedule your first visit. We will schedule your appointment within 1-3 days. Please bring your discharge paperwork to your appointment. To save time before your appointment, print out a copy of the registration paperwork below and bring it to your appointment.

You will also need to set up an account on CHADIS or add your newborn to your account. You can follow our step-by-step guide on our How to Use CHADIS webpage.
